What size office suites are available?
Our Office suites range from 95 to 165 sq. ft.

What type of signage is there?
Tenants are offered a business name and/or company logo on DBS's main roadside sign located in front of the building. Your name and suite number will appear on the main lobby room directory board. Additionally, there are business card and brochure racks in the waiting room to display your literature and marketing materials.

How can I arrange a tour to see the avilable office suites?

What are the lease terms?
Lease terms start at a minimum of one year. Our lease agreement is simple and does not require attorney scrutiny. You only need to walk in, select the room you like, sign our agreement and place a security deposit with your first month's rent. Starting and running a business has never been this easy!


Meeting Facility FAQ

Why use DBS meeting rooms?
Our conference/training and executive board rooms not only offer a professional meeting environment, but an impressive, low-cost solution to professionals and businesses requiring meeting space. Our meeting facilities are state-of-the-art and fully-equipped to ensure your meetings are hassle-free and productive. And for those out of town clients and guests, we're conveniently located right off I-75 (Exit 90) in the Fairington Park Business Centre. What type of meeting rooms are available?
DBS Group offers a conference/training room to accommodate up to 40 people or an executive style boardroom that seats 8-10 people - each equipped with state-of-the-art technology and furniture, including T1 wireless high-speed internet, presentation and access to training aids including TV/DVD, digital projector, write-on/off wall, conferencing speaker phone, flip charts, etc.

Is catering available?
Yes. Catering is available on request. Simply let us know at the time you book your meeting what type of cuisine you'd like and we'll handle the ordering and delivery.

What if I need to print, copy, fax or scan documents?
DBS is fully-equipped with the latest in high-tech office machines. Our friendly receptionist is happy to assist you with any printing, photocopying, faxing, or scanning needs. We can even print, collate and bind your meeting documents and reports and have them ready upon your arrival.

Can I be reached during my meeting?
Yes, but should you wish to be undisturbed during your meeting, simply advise our receptionist on how your calls should be handled. Our receptionist can take a message, send you an email, or simply hold them until a time convenient for you.

How do I pay for a Virtual Office Plan?
All Virtual Office Plans must be paid at the first of the month prior to actual usage.

How am I billed for support services?
Payment is dependent upon the service provided. For example, if you require monthly bookkkeeping or payroll services, you will be invoiced monthly. However, if you just need a couple of letters typed and mailed, then payment is expected at the time the job is completed.

Are there any long-term contracts to sign?
Absolutely not! You can change, cancel, suspend or add services as and when needed.
